Actual BudgetVaultWarden is open-source and released under the MITAGPL 3.0 license.  VaultWarden is an open-source implementation of the BitWarden API, making it compatible with all BitWarden official apps.  An active VaultWarden developers is an employee of BitWarden and contributes in their free time.
